Burroughs Residence
This 1,400 SF single family home is located in Forest Park, Georgia. It was owned by the grandfather of the current owner, who willed the property to him and his family.
The existing living and dining rooms are combined under a new cathedral ceiling; The spare room (former garage) is converted into the master bedroom and a master bath added. A new roof structure is added and the mechanical system relocated to the attic. New kitchen cabinets and appliances, light fixtures and finishes throughout.

Holloway Residence
This cozy 1,080 SF house sits on 20 acres of farmland. Passed down from one generation to another, surviving family members have decided to do some needed renovations and upgrades to this home which holds lots of cherished memories.
