Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott - Germantown, WI

This project involves the renovation and conversion of an existing two-story Holiday Inn, which has approximately 74 rooms/units, into a Fairfield Inn & Suites under the brand of Marriott International Inc.

Additional Scope: A third floor has been added to the original two-story structure (adding 26 new rooms) , the swimming pool to be filled in, and the breakfast area expanded into that space to accommodate more guests. 

High School Facade Study

This conceptual facade redevelopment study reimagines a 1951 high school building through the introduction of a modern entrance pavilion, expanded glazing, contemporary materials, and architectural shading elements. The design balances preservation of the existing structure with a refreshed visual identity, demonstrating how strategic exterior improvements can transform an aging educational facility into a vibrant, welcoming, and future-focused campus environment. 

Guyana Association of Georgia, Inc. - Lithonia, GA

This project includes selective interior demolition and reconfiguration of the existing structure (Split-level Residence) to accommodate programmatic needs and achieve ADA compliance.  A new 5,000-square-foot  addition provides a welcoming lobby and reception area, a 200-person event space, and supporting restroom facilities. Site improvements include expanded parking, enhanced accessibility, and a new monument sign to improve visibility.

Towing & Wrecking Company - McDonough, GA

New  3,000-square-foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) designed to accommodate towing and vehicle repair operations. The building is strategically positioned on the site to support future expansion while maintaining efficient vehicle circulation and access. The design features a single-slope roof concealed behind extended front parapets, creating a clean, modern appearance that enhances the facility's street presence. 

SCB Video TV Marketing  - McDonough, GA 

Known as Building 140, the project reimagines the existing structure (Wings 'N Things Restaurant)  with corporate offices on the upper level and flexible coworking, studio, and event spaces on the ground floor. Located in downtown McDonough, the development creates a dynamic environment for entrepreneurs, professionals, and community gatherings while contributing to the continued revitalization of the downtown district.

Medical Office Building - Atlanta, GA

Designed as a four-story Class A medical office building for a leading healthcare organization, the facility provides a modern and efficient environment for a variety of medical practices. 

The structure was strategically engineered to support the addition of two future floors, allowing for seamless expansion as the organization's operational and space requirements evolve.
